After completing their two-year term in the Fellows program, they will have access to a wide range of professional opportunities. They can continue their careers in the education system, either as teachers or administrators.

In addition, program graduates can use the knowledge and skills they have acquired during the project to participate in the development and implementation of social projects, create their own startups, or enter the corporate world. The Teach for Uzbekistan program prepares future leaders who can make a significant contribution to the country's development through education, social entrepreneurship, and other initiatives aimed at improving society.

At the end of the program

Several doors of opportunity will open for participants after the project. The organizers will help the project participants become like a family, working in various areas of life related to education.
