"Fellow" status

Candidates who successfully pass all stages of selection become part of the Teach for Uzbekistan program and receive participant status. They are assigned to schools located in remote regions of Uzbekistan.

For two years, program participants will work in these schools, teaching their subjects to students, engaging in extracurricular education, and participating in social projects aimed at developing local communities.

Program participants are provided with full-time employment.

The program offers material and professional support to participants for two years.

Fellow: 

Program participants are granted the status of "Fellow" (stipend recipient, program member). Their main responsibilities include: 

miss_nDeveloping team leadership: Development as leaders who can create changes to implement sustainable education and social reforms.

  • Community impact: Developing and implementing projects that mobilize communities to solve socio-economic issues.

  • Pedagogical mastery: Using innovative teaching methodologies to improve the learning process and engage students actively.

  • Impact on education and social reforms: Promoting research-based approaches to improve the education system and social sector.

  • Sustainable change: Building a network of local stakeholders and change agents to ensure long-term impact.
